Terms of Use – ACCESS Tier

Welcome to the ACCESS Tier of Mr. Miranda Online. By enrolling in this tier, you agree to the following Terms of Use, which govern your access to and use of the educational materials provided under this plan. Please read them carefully.

1. Duration of Access

Enrollment in the ACCESS Tier grants access to all included resources for a fixed period of 730 calendar days (2 full years) from the date of initial enrollment.

After this period, access will automatically expire, regardless of course progress or usage activity. This duration reflects the typical timeframe needed to complete CAIE A-Level studies.

2. Included Subjects

As of now, the ACCESS Tier includes full access to the following A-Level Mathematics subjects:

• Pure Mathematics 1 (P1)

• Pure Mathematics 2 (P2)

• Pure Mathematics 3 (P3)

• Mechanics (M1)

• Statistics 1 (S1)

• Statistics 2 (S2)

Additional subjects, including Physics and IGCSE Mathematics, may be added in the future, but are not currently included.

3. What’s Included

ACCESS Tier students receive:

• Structured video lessons for all six A-Level Mathematics subjects listed above

• Downloadable class notes and revision summaries

• Fully solved past paper questions and walkthroughs

• Definitions and formulae lists

• A curated learning journey built around the GHOST BUST Framework, tailored for independent CAIE learners

• A convenient Exam-Mate access link (see below)

4. Exam-Mate Affiliate Link

Each course dashboard includes a direct affiliate link to the Exam-Mate platform, where students can access additional past paper practice and resources.

While a subscription to Exam-Mate is not included in the ACCESS Tier, students who choose to subscribe through the link provided help support Mr. Miranda Online at no additional cost, as a portion of the subscription fee is earned through the affiliate programme.

5. Usage Rights

All course content is provided for individual, non-commercial academic use only. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of materials (including video lessons, documents, or links) is strictly prohibited.

All intellectual property is owned by Mr. Miranda Online or its licensed partners.

6. Community Access and Limitations

The ACCESS Tier does not include:

• Access to the private student community

• Participation in live support sessions

• Formal assessments or exam technique workshops

These features are reserved for ACCESS PRO and ACCESS ULTRA subscribers.

7. Technical and Support Information

8. Termination and Revocation

Mr. Miranda Online reserves the right to suspend or revoke access in the event of:

• Breach of these Terms of Use

• Misuse of course materials

• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior on the platform

9. Data Privacy

Your personal data (name and email address) is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy , which complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
